Job Description

About the Role

The Vice President of Clinical Oncology Solutions will play a crucial role in leading strategic market access initiatives that drive the evaluation, positioning, and access of oncology therapies across the US healthcare ecosystem. This high-impact, client-facing leadership role requires deep clinical expertise and experience in drug utilization management to guide life sciences clients through complex provider dynamics. As a member of Precision's Access Experience Team, the VP will work closely with cross-functional teams to advance the company's proprietary oncology market intelligence platform, OncoGenius.

The VP will be responsible for shaping the strategic direction of the Access Experience Team and contributing to the development of syndicated reports, client training, and education. This role will also involve collaborating with advisors and internal teams to validate survey design and content, providing 'voice of customer' insights to the engineering team, and supporting business development efforts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the US healthcare ecosystem, including payer and provider dynamics, and be able to leverage this knowledge to drive market access strategies. They will also be expected to foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team.

What You Will Do

  • Engage with assigned clients in seamless collaboration with agency colleagues to provide strategic insights and optimize market access objectives
  • Develop and execute strategic plans, tactics, and client delivery
  • Oversee OncoGenius deliverable parameters, completion, and client delivery
  • Lead the development and annual updates to syndicated reports
  • Direct client training, education, and utilization for portfolio OncoGenius solutions
  • Design and maintain provider group surveys aligned to market trends and client needs
  • Collaborate with advisors and internal teams to validate survey design and content
  • Provide 'voice of customer' insights to the engineering team for future enhancements to OncoGenius solutions
  • Conduct strategic assessments of client portfolios and assets to identify market access opportunities
  • Contribute to AET and OncoGenius thought leadership through publications, webinars, and conferences
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous learning within the team

What We Are Looking For

  • Deep clinical expertise in oncology, with a PharmD or BCOP preferred
  • 10+ years of clinical oncology or oncology administration experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in oncology drug utilization management and related IT platforms
  • Experience working with pharmaceutical company leaders in oncology market access
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and engagement skills for small and large audiences
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and business impact
  • Proficiency with analytics, survey platforms, and Microsoft Office tools
  • Ability to mentor junior staff and foster a culture of accountability and collaboration

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Qualtrics or similar survey platforms
  • Knowledge of EHR treatment plans and pathways
  • Familiarity with oncology market intelligence platforms
