Job Description

About the Role

The Vice President, Life Sciences Sales will be the founding direct seller at Arcadia, responsible for originating, shaping, and closing enterprise relationships with pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. This is a true end-to-end commercial role, requiring a deep understanding of the life sciences industry and the ability to leverage data and analytics to drive sales.

Responsibilities

  • Hunt for new opportunities and leverage your network to establish senior-level relationships
  • Lead discovery conversations, scope and price solutions, and negotiate contracts
  • Partner closely with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and long-term client satisfaction

Requirements

  • Senior life sciences sales experience with a deep fluency in data, analytics, and evidence-based solutions
  • Ability to build and execute a sales strategy, with a focus on GTM and sales motion development
