About the Role

Join SailPoint as a VP of Engineering, Enterprise Platform, to lead the engineering vision and execution behind our unified platform, Atlas. This platform is designed to unify and simplify identity management across humans, machines, and AI agents.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow a world-class engineering organization responsible for the foundational services of Atlas
  • Define and evolve platform architecture to enable real-time access intelligence, policy automation, and extensibility
  • Champion an API-first platform strategy to empower our developer and partner ecosystem
  • Drive execution across scalable microservices, GraphQL APIs, event-driven pipelines, and AI/ML-integrated services

  • Proven leadership in building and leading high-performing platform engineering teams
  • Deep experience in cloud-native architecture, identity/security platforms, or large-scale data systems
  • Passion for empowering developers and partners through platform capabilities
