About the Role

ABC Fitness is seeking a VP, People Partner (HRBP) to support our Go-to-Market organization during a critical phase of global growth and organizational evolution.

Responsibilities

The role will involve supporting Go-to-Market functions, organizational design, workforce planning, and change management, especially within scaling commercial organizations. The VP, People Partner will also provide strong executive coaching skills, influence senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders, and manage complex global employee relations and performance management matters.

Requirements

  • 18+ years of progressive HR experience, including significant experience as a strategic HRBP leader in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • 8+ years of people leadership experience, including experience leading or developing senior HRBP talent.
  • Proven experience supporting Go-to-Market functions such as Sales, Revenue Operations, Onboarding, and/or Customer Success.
