About the Role
The VP of Practice Operations will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Form Health, a venture-backed innovative startup in the field of Obesity Medicine. You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer, guiding the next phase of operational scaling and building the infrastructure needed to support growth while preserving clinical quality, efficiency, and empathy. As the organization evolves, you will drive operational transformation by designing and implementing systems and processes that enhance the patient experience.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a virtual setting. You will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of operational strategies, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and excellence.

What You Will Do
- Architect and implement operational systems and processes that power the patient experience
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical, product, and technology, to drive operational excellence
- Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, quality, and patient satisfaction
- Oversee the development and implementation of training programs for staff and leadership
- Analyze data and metrics to inform operational decisions and drive business outcomes
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging experimentation and calculated risk-taking
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and industry leaders
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in operations, management, or a related field, preferably in a healthcare or digital health setting
- Proven track record of driving operational excellence, growth, and innovation
- Strong understanding of digital health technologies, telemedicine, and patient engagement strategies
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience in building and managing high-performing teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience in working with cross-functional teams
- Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care and driving positive health outcomes
