About the Role

As a player-coach in a fast-moving environment, the VP of Product will need to be energized by the prospect of operating in a rapidly changing landscape. With a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and a passion for improving outcomes, this individual will be well-versed in the complexities of Medicare distribution and the role that technology can play in expanding access to quality healthcare.

What You Will Do

• Lead the development of the company's product strategy, aligning it with the overall business goals and objectives
• Build and manage high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration
• Oversee the execution of product plans, ensuring that all products and technologies meet the company's standards for quality and excellence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to drive product development and launch
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition and identify new opportunities
• Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans to ensure effective product development and launch
• Work closely with the CEO and other members of the leadership team to drive business growth and expansion
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the healthcare industry, including regulatory changes and emerging trends
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and launch

What We Are Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in product leadership, with a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams
• Experience in regulated industries, such as healthcare or finance, with a strong understanding of the complexities and challenges associated with these sectors
• A deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including Medicare distribution and the role of technology in expanding access to quality healthcare
• Strong technical skills, with experience in AI, CRM, and client services
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• A passion for improving healthcare outcomes and a commitment to building technology that can make a real difference in people's lives
• Experience with remote work and a willingness to work in a distributed team environment
• Strong business acumen, with experience in developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans

• Experience with INDIVIDUALIZED product development, with a focus on creating personalized solutions that meet the unique needs of each customer
• Knowledge of the latest developments in AI and machine learning, with experience in applying these technologies to drive business growth and expansion
