About the Role
The VP, Technical Leader position at Kyndryl is a pivotal role that entails providing strategic technical leadership to drive business growth through innovative digital solutions. As a key member of the delivery leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive project solutions that achieve measurable business improvements. Your day-to-day activities will involve defining opportunity and process solutions, acting as a liaison between Account Delivery Partners, Practices, and Global teams, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through Advanced Delivery.The role requires a deep understanding of the technology landscape, including emerging technologies such as AI, automation, and cloud computing. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost reduction, skill enhancement, and process improvements. Your expertise in creating effective relationships and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels will be crucial in driving business success.

What You Will Do
- Define and deliver comprehensive project solutions that achieve measurable business improvements
- Act as a liaison between Account Delivery Partners, Practices, and Global teams to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Identify areas for cost reduction, skill enhancement, and process improvements
- Develop and implement automation solutions in complex environments
- Create effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation
- Manage initiatives that impact resources supporting the market
- Track headcount and focus on accounts with lower profit margins
- Optimize resource use to ensure teams have the right skills to manage accounts effectively
- Engage in customer escalations to ensure swift resolution and maintain team motivation
- Drive the implementation of new approaches, process improvements, and the establishment of PODs
What We Are Looking For
- 7+ years of experience in global technology projects and execution
- Extensive experience in a strategic technology function, translating business needs into strategic options
- Proven track record of successfully designing and implementing automation solutions in complex environments
- Experience in global project leadership and execution at an executive level
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, including AI, automation, and cloud computing
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create effective relationships and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Customer-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
Nice to Have
- Expertise in traditional ML/AI as well as Generative AI
- Experience with agile project management methodologies
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure
- Certification in project management, such as PMP or PRINCE2
