Watch Technician

About the Role

Day-to-day, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, from carrying out different types of repairs to maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Your ability to prioritize tasks, manage your time effectively, and maintain a high level of quality in your work will be crucial to your success.

What You Will Do

• Service and repair watches consistently and according to principles' guidelines.
• Carry out all types of repairs, including CS, PS, and SG, as per instructions and volume needs.
• Follow all relevant processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions.
• Ensure the highest possible quality of work, respecting lead times and customer satisfaction.
• Attend trainings as instructed to enhance your skills and knowledge.
• Share technical knowledge with colleagues to promote a culture of learning and collaboration.
• Maintain your workbench clean and tidy at all times, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Wear a clean coat at all times, projecting a professional image.
• Display team spirit and cooperate with peers to ensure a collegial environment.

What We Are Looking For

• 1-3 years of job-related experience in watch repair and maintenance.
• 2 years of experience in repairing all types of watches, including quartz and mechanical movements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills in Arabic.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build working relationships.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Experience with watch brands' specific repair guidelines.
• Knowledge of watchmaking tools and equipment.
• Certification in watch repair or a related field.
• Previous experience working in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
