## What You Will Do - Meet with clients to discuss and understand their financial goals, risk tolerance, and current financial situation.
- Utilize company-provided technology and financial planning tools to analyze clients' financial situations and develop personalized plans.
- Implement marketing strategies, including mailings, email campaigns, and customized materials, to expand the client base and grow the business.
- Collaborate with colleagues and the District Vice President to share best practices, learn from others, and contribute to team success.
- Stay updated on financial markets, legislative changes, and industry trends to provide the most current and relevant advice to clients.
- Manage client relationships, providing ongoing support and adjusting financial plans as needed.
- Utilize digital skills to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
- Participate in training and educational programs to maintain and enhance professional certifications and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development of new business strategies and ideas to continuously improve client services.
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and respect, ensuring that all interactions with clients and colleagues reflect Corebridge Financial's values.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Financial Advisor, with a proven track record of sales success and client relationship management.
- Active FINRA Series 7 licenses and Series 63 and 65 or 66 licenses.
- Active state variable life and health license.
- Strong understanding of financial products, including investments, insurance, and retirement planning vehicles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a self-motivated and results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with financial planning software and technology platforms.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards for financial planning and advisory services.
- Participation in professional organizations or networking groups related to finance and financial planning.
