About the Role

Best Egg, a market-leading financial platform, is seeking a skilled Web Analyst to join its Web Data and Analytics team. The successful candidate will support the Director of Web Data and Analytics in building and maintaining the reporting function of web analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Build, analyze, and vocalize insights for Best Egg's customer journeys across channels, products, and experiences
  • Create visualizations around various customer experiences across a variety of funnels
  • Build reports and dashboards for ad-hoc questions and overarching business objectives
  • Tagging work within Segment to connect new destinations and enhance data capabilities

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, GTM, Looker Studio, and Excel
