## About the Role As a Web Designer at vSplash Techlabs, you will play a crucial role in creating visually engaging and user-focused website designs for small and mid-sized U.S. businesses across multiple industries. Your expertise in Figma will be instrumental in developing conversion-friendly designs that meet the needs of diverse clients. You will work closely with the design team to ensure consistency and creativity in all design projects. The role entails collaborating with the development team to ensure seamless design implementation, staying up-to-date with the latest design trends, and continuously improving your skills in Figma and other design tools.
