What You Will Do

• Develop and implement custom Shopify and Wordpress solutions for clients, utilizing your expertise in PHP/JS and Shopify API.
• Provide support for existing Wordpress and Shopify sites, ensuring they are updated, secure, and optimized for performance.
• Design and develop custom apps/plugins or integrations with PHP/JS or Shopify API.
• Present demos of features to clients, highlighting the benefits and functionality of the solutions developed.
• Coordinate projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting the expectations of both the clients and the internal team.
• Work with the CTO and Project Manager to follow directives and design overviews, aligning with the company's overall strategy.
• Utilize marketing automation no-code tech such as Zapier, Hubspot, and Airtable to improve client workflow and output for marketing results.
• Assist in improving various processes to enhance client marketing results and overall efficiency.
• Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and implement new strategies and solutions.
• Manage your tasks autonomously, prioritizing tasks to meet project deadlines and goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Shopify, Wordpress, and marketing automation technologies.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience working with Wordpress or Shopify, with a proven track record of developing and implementing custom solutions.
• At least 2 years of experience working with HTML/CSS/JS, and at least 1 year of experience with custom Wordpress themes.
• Strong understanding of PHP/JS and Shopify API, with the ability to develop custom apps/plugins or integrations.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies, with the ability to coordinate projects and manage tasks autonomously.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and workflows, with a focus on continuous improvement and self-learning.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to clients.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment, with strong time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of marketing automation concepts and experience with no-code tools like Zapier, Hubspot, and Airtable.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Google Drive and Suite, as well as Notion, for workflow management and collaboration.
• Knowledge of other programming languages and technologies, such as React or Vue.js, for front-end development.
• Experience with Agile project management methodologies, for efficient project coordination.
• Familiarity with SEO principles and practices, to optimize the performance of developed solutions.
• Certification in Shopify or Wordpress development, demonstrating expertise in these areas.
