Job Description

About the Role

Coins.ph, the most established crypto brand in the Philippines, is seeking a skilled Web Engineer to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for communicating with the product owner and UX designer to understand requirements, making design and architecture trade-offs, and coding with the latest JavaScript frameworks.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with product owner and UX designer to understand requirements
  • Make appropriate design and architecture trade-offs for new features
  • Code with the latest version of JavaScript frameworks to build high-quality products
  • Review code with peers to surface design and implementation issues
  • Identify risks and dependencies in development life cycle
  • Write unit test and automated functional test for features

Requirements

  • B.S. or above in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline
  • 3+ years frontend development experience and 1+ years frontend architecture experience
  • In-depth knowledge of object-oriented programming and patterns
  • In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, WXSS, WXML
  • Proficient in React, VUE and corresponding technology stack
