About the Role
As a Website Maintenance Specialist at CrewBloom, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy, functionality, and user-friendliness of our websites, job listings, and application flows. What You Will Do
- Perform regular website updates, including content, job postings, images, and links
- Manage and maintain career pages and ATS-integrated job listings
- Ensure job postings and application flows are working properly
- Monitor website performance, uptime, and user experience
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, broken links, and formatting issues
- Maintain website security, backups, and system updates
- Coordinate with internal teams for updates, campaigns, and improvements
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in website maintenance
- Provide technical support for website-related issues
- Collaborate with the development team to implement new features and improvements
- Participate in website audits to identify areas for improvement
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience maintaining websites for a staffing, recruiting, or talent-focused company
- Familiarity with ATS-integrated websites, including career pages, job feeds, and application workflows
- Experience with CMS platforms, such as WordPress or Webflow
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, with JavaScript being a plus
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage ongoing updates
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
