About the Role

The Website Operations and Security Manager plays a critical role in maintaining the stability, performance, and security of ClinicMind's web properties. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the continuous availability and security of all company websites, overseeing deployment workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support ongoing improvements and releases. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.

The role entails working closely with developers, marketing, and product teams to ensure the smooth operation of ClinicMind's websites, as well as implementing and managing protections against security threats. You will be expected to take ownership of website reliability, deployment processes, and system health, and to provide recommendations for infrastructure improvements.

What You Will Do

  • Monitor website availability, uptime, and performance across all environments
  • Diagnose and resolve outages, slowdowns, and broken functionality
  • Implement uptime monitoring tools and alerting systems
  • Optimize site speed, caching, and infrastructure performance
  • Maintain staging/test environments that mirror production
  • Test all updates prior to production release
  • Execute controlled deployments with rollback procedures
  • Document release processes and maintain deployment standards
  • Manage WordPress core, plugins, and themes across environments
  • Ensure compatibility and stability of all components
  • Perform regular updates, backups, and database maintenance
  • Troubleshoot plugin conflicts and site errors
  • Continuously scan for broken pages, non-functioning plugins, and frontend/UI issues
  • Set up automated monitoring for errors and anomalies
  • Maintain logs and incident tracking documentation

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field
  • 5+ years of experience in IT operations, DevOps, or systems administration
  • 3+ years working with WordPress environments
  • Experience handling website outages, incidents, and performance issues
  • Experience with Firewalls, WAFs, bot mitigation tools, and DDoS protection strategies
  • High comfort level working on Eastern Time Zone/US Shift
  • Good internet access at home
  • Mobile Hotspot and Laptop/Desktop with at least 8 GB RAM

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud-based solutions and Revenue Cycle Management systems
  • Knowledge of healthcare IT and medical practices
  • Certification in IT operations, DevOps, or systems administration
