About the Role
Thriveworks is seeking a Licensed Talk Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care to clients in Azerbaijan through telehealth sessions. As a remote therapist, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, while still being part of a dynamic and supportive team.The role involves working closely with clients to understand their unique needs, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing ongoing support and guidance. You will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

What You Will Do
- Provide telehealth sessions to clients, including individuals, couples, and families
- Conduct assessments, diagnose mental health conditions, and develop treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based therapies, such as CBT, DBT, or psychodynamic therapy
- Utilize digital tools, including electronic health records and telehealth platforms
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in regular supervision and peer support groups
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research, trends, and best practices in mental health
- Manage your caseload, prioritizing client needs and scheduling sessions accordingly
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams
What We Are Looking For
- Master's or doctoral degree in a relevant field, such as psychology, social work, or counseling
- Current licensure in Azerbaijan, preferably as a psychologist, social worker, or counselor
- At least 2 years of experience in mental health, preferably in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapies and treatment modalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with digital tools, including electronic health records and telehealth platforms
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development
Nice to Have
- Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and older adults
- Knowledge of Azerbaijani culture and mental health trends
- Familiarity with other languages, such as Russian or Turkish
- Experience with group therapy or community-based interventions
