About the Role
The Whiteshield Operations Analyst role is a critical position that will support the company's business-wide operational transformation programme. As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for mapping business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity. You will work closely with the Head of Operations and the operations team to document and map operational processes, build workflows, and administer tools to support the company's growth.The successful candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for building relationships with stakeholders, challenging existing ways of working, and driving change across the organization.

What You Will Do
- Lead the documentation of end-to-end business processes across operational and corporate functions
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to understand current processes
- Produce clear process maps, workflows, and supporting documentation
- Capture decision points, approvals, dependencies, and system interactions
- Build and maintain a central repository of operational processes and documentation
- Identify inefficiencies, duplication, manual activities, and operational risks
- Design future-state, standardised workflows and build them
- Build no-code automations on the existing stack to reduce manual effort
- Validate documentation and improvements with business leaders and iterate
- Own the day-to-day administration of Slack and Notion
- Maintain the Notion knowledge base as the single, well-organised home for processes and documentation
- Apply permission and data-classification rules set by the Head of Operations
- Act as first-line support for Slack, Notion, and Claude, and drive adoption across teams
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in operations, business analysis, or a related field
- Strong understanding of business processes and operations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with HubSpot and Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with process mapping, automation, and data hygiene
- Knowledge of no-code automation tools, such as Slack forms and workflows, Notion databases and templates
- Experience with data analysis and reporting
Nice to Have
- Experience with Scoro, Claude, or other operational tools
- Knowledge of AI-native sovereign intelligence and its applications
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Certification in operations, business analysis, or a related field
