About the Role

The Wire Drawing Operator position is a critical component of Prysmian's Production Team, focusing on the efficient operation of machines to meet production targets. Day-to-day, the role entails inspecting machines, ensuring that raw materials meet specifications, and updating the MES system with any machine faults. What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For

  • Secondary education or equivalent.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in operating wire drawing machines or similar equipment.
  • Basic understanding of digital systems and technology, particularly in a manufacturing context.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25kg and stand for long periods.
  • Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting.
