What You Will Do
- Assist clients with coordinating personalized service arrangements, including accommodations, activities, transportation, and event-based services
- Research and compare available options to meet client preferences and provide recommendations
- Confirm reservations and ensure accuracy of details, including dates, times, and locations
- Provide clear, professional communication via email and phone, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues
- Support updates, modifications, and service-related inquiries, ensuring seamless execution of travel itineraries
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, including client information, reservations, and communication logs
- Complete required training and participate in team communications, staying up-to-date with industry trends and company policies
- Collaborate with the distributed team to ensure that all aspects of the travel experience are carefully planned and executed
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
What We Are Looking For
- Authorized to work in the US, UK, Mexico, Australia, or Spain
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Reliable internet connection and smartphone, with a computer strongly recommended
- Minimum of 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent
