What You Will Do
- Lead or assist in the implementation of Workday Financials, collaborating closely with other consultants to gather requirements and configure solutions
- Partner with clients to understand their business needs and provide functional expertise, ensuring that Workday solutions are aligned with their objectives
- Evaluate current financial processes and propose improvements through the adoption of Workday best practices
- Provide functional expertise for legacy data conversion during deployment and optimization
- Perform testing and troubleshooting to ensure system effectiveness
- Support end-users with inquiries and issues related to Workday Finance functionality, promoting user acceptance
- Contribute to the development and delivery of training sessions for finance teams, ensuring effective system utilization
- Stay updated with the latest enhancements and features in Workday and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive user adoption and system effectiveness
- Analyze and resolve system issues efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations
What We Are Looking For
- Workday Certification in Record to Report (R2R), Procure to Pay (P2P) or Contracts to Cash (C2C) – additional certifications are desirable
- 3+ years of experience in Workday Financials
- A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Technology or other related field is preferred
- Knowledge of key financial processes and accounting principles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently
- Strong Excel skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets
