Workday HCM Consultant

The role is based in Germany and requires fluency in both German and English. As a senior associate, you will be expected to support more junior members of the team and share your knowledge and expertise with them. What You Will Do

• Implement and configure Workday HCM solutions for global customers
• Work closely with team members to understand customer requirements and design solutions
• Manage your own workload and work independently with minimal supervision
• Support more junior members of the team and share your knowledge and expertise
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, both in person and remotely
• Present solutions and explain functionality to customers
• Participate in workshops and contribute to the development of new solutions
• Apply all relevant standards and procedures to your work, maintaining high quality and accuracy
• Ensure the security and confidentiality of customer information at all times
• Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Workday HCM and relevant technologies

What We Are Looking For

• Very good understanding of Workday products, particularly HCM
• Fluency in German and English
• Excellent customer focus and experience in a customer-facing, consulting environment
• Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to communicate with customers and colleagues with credibility and empathy
• Good commercial awareness and sound understanding of project and business dynamics
• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
• Consulting skills, including presenting, participating in workshops, and explaining functionality to customers
• Ability to apply all relevant standards and procedures to your work, maintaining high quality and accuracy
• Awareness of the importance of confidentiality and non-disclosure policies and agreements

Nice to Have

• Workday HCM, Financials, or Payroll Certification
• Experience working with international regulatory requirements
• Ability to rotate through various Workday delivery services, including Consulting and Application Management Services
• Willingness to travel to customer sites in the same region, with minimal out-of-region travel required
