About the Role
The Workday HCM Security Administrator will play a crucial role in optimizing, maintaining, and securing the company's HR systems and processes. This will involve managing and configuring Workday HCM to support HR processes, ensuring the platform aligns with organizational needs. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving continuous improvements, maintaining platform integrity, and enhancing the employee experience.As a key member of the team, the Workday HCM Security Administrator will collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, design, test, and implement business processes that improve efficiency and compliance. This will involve creating and managing Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) files for data uploads and integrations, as well as designing, developing, customizing, and maintaining Workday reports and dashboards.

What You Will Do
- Manage and configure Workday HCM to support HR processes
- Configure and maintain Workday security access controls, roles, and permissions
- Monitor and audit system security to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Troubleshoot security-related issues as they arise
- Oversee the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data within Workday
- Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather requirements, design, test, and implement business processes
- Create and manage Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB) files for data uploads and integrations
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Workday reports and dashboards
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday-related issues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Partner with cross-functional teams to implement new Workday features or modules
- Create user guides, deliver training, and maintain documentation for Workday processes, configurations, and security protocols
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in HRIS or HR systems administration, with a strong focus on Workday HCM
- Strong understanding of Workday HCM data structures, EIBs, security groups, and reporting tools
- Advanced problem-solving, requirements gathering, process improvement, and data analysis capabilities
- Proficiency in data cleansing, transformation, and validation techniques
- Understanding of Workday security model (domain policies, role-based and user-based security groups) and data privacy best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and training
- Strong relationship-building, end-user support, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Meticulous approach to data management, security auditing, and quality assurance
- Strong proficiency in Excel and experience with SQL or other data manipulation tools
Nice to Have
- Experience with data migration, integration, and reporting in an HRIS environment
- Knowledge of HR processes and data structures
