About the Role

What You Will Do
- Consult with clients to understand their payroll needs and objectives
- Analyze current payroll processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Design and implement Workday payroll solutions that meet client requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate payroll solutions with other ERP systems
- Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet high standards
- Provide training and support to clients on Workday payroll implementations
- Stay updated with the latest Workday and ERP technologies and trends
- Participate in project planning and management to ensure timely and within-budget delivery
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of solutions and implementations
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Workday payroll consulting or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Workday HCM and payroll modules
- Experience with ERP systems and integrations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, business administration)
- Certification in Workday or a related technology is a plus
- Experience working with clients in the public sector or education is beneficial
