About the Role
The Workday Solution Architect - Integration/Security is a critical role at Veralto, responsible for designing, delivering, and governing secure, scalable Workday integrations and security frameworks. As a technical authority across integration architecture and Workday security, this position ensures solutions are compliant, audit-ready, and aligned with enterprise standards. The role involves close partnership with HR, IT, InfoSec, and third-party vendors to ensure all integrations are secure-by-design, properly documented, and operationally sustainable.In this role, a typical day will involve architecture and design, solution delivery and execution, security, risk, and compliance, as well as governance and standards. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Workday integration and security principles and be able to define and own end-to-end architecture for Workday integrations and security design.

What You Will Do
- Define and own end-to-end architecture for Workday integrations and security design
- Establish secure integration patterns, including authentication, encryption, and data transfer mechanisms
- Design and govern Workday security models (ISUs, ISSGs, domain security, segmented security)
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and security standards
- Lead full lifecycle delivery of integrations from requirements through deployment
- Translate business and compliance requirements into scalable technical designs
- Oversee development using Workday tools (Studio, EIB, APIs, XSLT)
- Ensure adherence to integration development and security standards
- Validate secure configuration of integrations (SFTP, APIs, certificates, encryption)
- Own integration-related audit readiness, documentation, and control evidence
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Workday integration and security architecture
- Deep understanding of Workday integration and security principles
- Experience with Workday tools (Studio, EIB, APIs, XSLT)
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (SOX, data protection standards)
- Excellent technical leadership and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Strong communication and presentation skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud-based integration platforms
- Knowledge of other HR systems and integration technologies
- Certification in Workday integration and security
- Experience with Workday release management and security patches
