About the Role

The Working Student: Finance&Controlling role at Qdrant is an excellent opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in financial data analysis and management. As a working student, you will be an integral part of the finance team, supporting the monthly closing processes, financial data validation, and system reconciliations. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial records and compliance with financial regulations.

As a working student, you will be exposed to various aspects of financial management, including financial analysis, reporting, and compliance. What You Will Do

  • Support the finance team with monthly reconciliation across financial systems and payment platforms
  • Maintain and update product and financial records within internal systems
  • Validate balances and transactions across different finance tools and data sources
  • Assist with the preparation of financial reports and KPI calculations
  • Support the finance team during monthly closing and reporting activities
  • Help ensure financial transactions and invoices are accurately recorded
  • Support day-to-day accounting operations and expense management processes
  • Contribute to KPI tracking and dashboards using Metabase
  • Assist with finance automation and process improvements

What We Are Looking For

  • Currently enrolled in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills
  • High attention to detail and structured working style
  • Comfortable working with Excel and Google Sheets
  • Fluent in English (Spanish, Russian is a plus)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes

Nice to Have

  • Experience with NetSuite, Stripe, or similar finance tools
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles
  • Interest in SaaS metrics and startup finance
  • Knowledge of financial data analysis and reporting
