Working Student: Finance&Controlling

About the Role

The finance team at Qdrant is responsible for managing the company's financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. As a working student, you will be exposed to various aspects of financial management, including financial analysis, reporting, and compliance. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of financial tools and systems, including Excel, Google Sheets, and other financial software.

What You Will Do

• Support the finance team with monthly reconciliation across financial systems and payment platforms
• Maintain and update product and financial records within internal systems
• Validate balances and transactions across different finance tools and data sources
• Assist with the preparation of financial reports and KPI calculations
• Support the finance team during monthly closing and reporting activities
• Help ensure financial transactions and invoices are accurately recorded
• Support day-to-day accounting operations and expense management processes
• Contribute to KPI tracking and dashboards using Metabase
• Assist with finance automation and process improvements

What We Are Looking For

• Currently enrolled in Finance, Controlling, Business Administration, Economics, or a similar field
• Strong analytical and numerical skills
• High attention to detail and structured working style
• Comfortable working with Excel and Google Sheets
• Fluent in English (Spanish, Russian is a plus)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and processes

Nice to Have

• Experience with NetSuite, Stripe, or similar finance tools
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Interest in SaaS metrics and startup finance
• Knowledge of financial data analysis and reporting
