What You Will Do

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the New York office, including maintenance, security, and shipping
  • Partner with building management to maintain facilities and establish white-glove service standards
  • Own vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and performance management
  • Develop and implement initiatives to elevate employee experience and optimize costs
  • Manage the office budget and ensure that all expenses are aligned with the company's financial goals
  • Coordinate with the HR team to ensure that all employee-related matters are handled efficiently and effectively
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, suppliers, and partners
  • Ensure that the office is compliant with all relevant laws and regulations
  • Manage the office's inventory and supplies, including equipment, furniture, and stationery
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for employees and visitors

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
