About the Role

PriceLabs is seeking a highly skilled digital marketing specialist to join its team. As a key member of the team, the digital marketing specialist will report to the marketing manager and work closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and revenue growth
  • Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and promotional materials
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies
  • Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and objectives
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the short-term rental and hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing software
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work remotely and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide insights to inform marketing decisions
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
  • Experience with project management tools and software, such as Asana or Trello
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

Nice to Have

  • Experience with marketing automation software, such as Marketo or HubSpot
  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS, with experience in web development and design
  • Experience with content management systems, such as WordPress or Drupal
