About the Role
The ZRA Specialist is a field-facing expert responsible for driving revenue growth through Zoom's AI-powered platform. This quota-carrying role combines consultative enterprise selling with AI solution design, helping customers operationalize intelligent workflows that drive measurable business outcomes. As a key member of Zoom's unified AI platform team, the ZRA Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-powered solutions that transform sales processes.The ZRA Specialist will work closely with sales teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven revenue growth and develop strategic plans to engage high-level stakeholders. This role requires a deep understanding of sales process design, forecasting, pipeline management, and coaching analytics, as well as the ability to communicate complex AI concepts to business audiences.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute strategic plans to engage high-level stakeholders and drive revenue growth through AI-powered solutions
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven revenue growth and design tailored solutions
- Design and implement AI-powered workflows that drive measurable business outcomes for customers
- Engage CROs, VPs of Sales, and Sales Operations leaders in strategic discussions about revenue performance
- Develop and deliver presentations to communicate complex AI concepts to business audiences
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement AI-powered solutions
- Coordinate proof-of-concepts (POCs) or workshops to demonstrate measurable business outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and sales technology
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Zoom's AI stack and agentic workflows
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize AI-powered solutions
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in technical pre-sales, solutions engineering, or sales technology consulting with enterprise customers
- Proven ability to engage high-level stakeholders and drive revenue growth through AI-powered solutions
- Deep understanding of sales process design, forecasting, pipeline management, and coaching analytics
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Gong)
- Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex AI concepts for business audiences
- Strong understanding of Zoom's AI stack and agentic workflows (a bonus)
- Experience with API-level integrations across sales tech ecosystems (a bonus)
