Account Executive
WFA Digital Insight
WorkWhile’s Account Executive seat sits at the crossroads of tech‑enabled staffing and hands‑on sales, giving you a front‑row view of how digital platforms reshape hourly work. Unlike a generic SaaS sales role, you’ll be pitching a product that directly impacts workers’ pay cycles, health benefits, and schedule stability, which adds a tangible, people‑focused edge to the quota‑driven grind. The position leans heavily on consultative selling across light‑industrial, hospitality and retail verticals, meaning you’ll need to decode each client’s labor‑management pain points and map them to WorkWhile’s shift‑matching engine. Success hinges on carving out decision‑maker maps, running multi‑channel outreach, and partnering with internal ops to ensure a smooth hand‑off once a deal closes. Expect a collaborative rhythm with account‑management and sales‑development teammates, all while operating fully remote across the U.S.
