Accounts Payable Specialist
WFA Digital Insight
Sotheby’s, a centuries‑old auction house now backed by a sophisticated finance arm, is looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist who will sit at the intersection of finance operations and technology. The role goes beyond routine invoice entry; it demands a hands‑on command of SAP, the ability to troubleshoot vendor‑payment exceptions, and the skill to train business users on policy and system nuances. Candidates who can blend meticulous Excel work with clear communication will thrive, especially as the team leans heavily on remote collaboration across time zones. Understanding how the finance function supports Sotheby’s high‑value art and luxury transactions adds a unique flavor that few AP positions can match.
