How to Stand Out
- Highlight your Excel expertise by including a concise, visual “Partner Performance Dashboard” in your portfolio that shows how you’ve used pivot tables, VLOOKUP/INDEX‑MATCH, and dynamic charts to track revenue, win rates, and ROI for large‑scale partner programs; be ready to walk interviewers through the logic and insights in a 5‑minute live demo.
- Demonstrate remote collaboration fluency: reference specific tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Asana, Miro) you’ve used to run quarterly business reviews with geographically dispersed partners, and share a brief case study showing how a structured virtual cadence increased partner‑generated jobs by at least 15 % in one year.
- Quantify partnership growth impact: in your resume and interview, cite concrete metrics (e.g., “negotiated a 3‑year exclusive agreement that added $4.2 M ARR,” “expanded partner network from 12 to 25 top‑tier pros, boosting market coverage by 40 %”). Use these numbers to frame answers to “What’s your biggest win?” and to illustrate your strategic mindset.
- Prepare a 2‑page “Strategic Partnership Playbook” tailored to Angi’s home‑services ecosystem, outlining how you would assess partner fit, structure joint‑marketing campaigns, and use Excel‑driven forecasting to prioritize high‑value pros; bring a printed copy to the interview to show proactive, role‑specific thinking.
