Program Manager – EMR Modernization
WFA Digital Insight
MCD Global Health is tackling a concrete challenge: modernizing electronic medical records across more than 70 rural providers in Maine. The Associate Manager & Technical Advisor will sit at the intersection of project management and hands‑on technical support, guiding organizations through readiness assessments, workflow redesign, and vendor negotiations. What makes this role distinct is its blend of strategic oversight—administering roughly $30 million in federal funds—and day‑to‑day provider engagement, from training sessions to risk escalation. Candidates should expect regular travel within Maine despite the remote base, and they’ll need to balance big‑picture budgeting with the nitty‑gritty of EMR configuration. It’s a rare chance to shape health‑care delivery in underserved communities while sharpening both leadership and technical chops.
