How to Stand Out
- Show HubSpot mastery with data‑driven outreach: In your resume and cover letter, list the exact HubSpot modules you’ve used (e.g., Sequences, Playbooks, Reporting). Attach a one‑page “Outreach Dashboard” screenshot (or PDF) that visualizes metrics you drove—open rates, meeting‑set ratios, and pipeline growth—in a similar B2B tech or logistics context. Interviewers will ask you to walk through how you optimized a sequence for a new territory, so be ready with concrete A/B test results.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the Southern European warehouse market: Prepare a brief 5‑slide “Territory Playbook” for Spain, Italy, and Portugal that maps key e‑commerce and 3PL players (e.g., ASOS, Brack, Arvato, Fiege) to their current automation stack (AutoStore, Pocket Sorter, etc.). Highlight gaps where Nomagic’s robotic‑arm‑as‑a‑service could add value. Bring this playbook to the interview; it signals you’ve already scoped the territory they expect you to own.
- Quantify outbound success with robotics‑focused metrics: When describing past BD achievements, translate results into the language Nomagic cares about—e.g., “Generated €1.2 M in ARR from robotics‑as‑service pilots within 9 months, shortening sales cycle by 30 % through technical demo‑driven outreach.” Use numbers that reflect both volume (calls/emails) and impact (pipeline, closed‑won deals) in high‑tech or industrial settings.
- Create a “RaaS” case study portfolio: Compile 2–3 short case studies (PDF or slide deck) of projects where you sold complex, subscription‑based tech solutions to logistics or manufacturing clients. Include the problem, your outbound strategy, the HubSpot workflow you built, and the ROI for the client. Share the link in your application and reference it during the interview to prove you can sell “Robotics as a Service.”
- Negotiate with a remote‑first compensation framework: Research Spain/Italy/Portugal market rates for senior BD reps in AI‑robotics (≈ €55‑70 k base + 15‑20 % OTE). In the salary discussion, propose a blended package: base salary, performance‑based commission tied to pipeline milestones, and a remote‑work stipend (e.g., coworking space allowance). Emphasize how your proven HubSpot‑driven pipeline can exceed those milestones, aligning your compensation with Nomagic’s growth targets.
