Client Success Lead
WFA Digital Insight
Affirm’s Client Success Lead sits at the intersection of sales, analytics, and product, making it one of the most hands‑on post‑sale roles in fintech. Unlike a typical account manager, this position owns the entire merchant lifecycle—from contract renewal to program optimization—while acting as the go‑to liaison for cross‑functional teams. Candidates will need to blend relationship‑building instincts with data‑driven insight, using tools like Salesforce and Excel to surface growth opportunities. The role reports to the Senior Manager of Client Success, giving visibility into strategic decision‑making across the organization. If you enjoy translating merchant performance into concrete revenue tactics and thrive in a remote‑first environment, this is a distinctive chance to shape both partner outcomes and Affirm’s product roadmap.
