Clinical Manager (LCSW)
WFA Digital Insight
Vynca’s Clinical Manager (LCSW) sits at the heart of a remote, interdisciplinary care operation, reporting directly to the clinical leadership team. What makes this role distinct is the blend of hands‑on patient care with strategic oversight of nurses, social workers, chaplains and medical assistants—all while steering quality‑improvement initiatives. Candidates will navigate complex palliative and hospice workflows, troubleshoot bottlenecks, and mentor a geographically dispersed staff. The expectation to travel up to a quarter of the time adds a physical‑presence element uncommon in fully remote health positions.
