What you Will Do
Cultivate long lasting business relationships and manage customer portfolios Own customer orders from request to delivery, coordinating complex multi-sensor tasking operations across data providers and internal teams. Develop and execute customer success plans. Take ownership of customer engagement including kick-offs, onboarding, trainings, status reviews and health checks. Collaborate with the sales team to Identify growth opportunities, support renewals, and minimize churn. Ensure excellent end-to-end customer experience. Drive and execute internal projects to implement customer success best practices and improve internal processes. Here is a good summary ofWhat we are Looking For
A background in geospatial or similar field, with proficiency in using GIS/remote sensing software and tools for visualizing, inspecting and troubleshooting geospatial data. Working knowledge of customer success processes. A proven track record of effectively managing your own book of business. Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts and details to both technical and non-technical audiences with a sense of empathy. A combination of technical expertise and problem solving skills to proactively identify issues and find optimal solutions in a time-sensitive manner. Experience with or a working understanding of APIs. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English is a must, knowledge of any other languages is a plus.
