We have a truly global team - with members across Miami, New York, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, London, Nairobi, Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, and Jakarta. How to Stand Out
- Highlight concrete HubSpot achievements: in your resume and interview, cite specific metrics (e.g., “increased Net‑Promoter Score by 22% and reduced churn by 15% using HubSpot Service Hub workflows and automation”) to prove you can manage the platform at scale for sustainability‑focused accounts.
- Build a mini‑case study portfolio: prepare a 2‑page PDF that shows how you’ve helped B2B or consumer‑goods clients meet regulatory or ESG goals (e.g., tracking packaging compliance, reporting carbon footprints). Include screenshots of dashboards, custom reports, or ticket pipelines you built in HubSpot, and tie the results to measurable business impact.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of packaging regulations: before the interview, review the 45+ regulations listed on rePurpose’s site (EU Packaging Waste Directive, US State‑level plastic bans, etc.) and be ready to discuss how you’d translate those requirements into onboarding checklists, success plans, and renewal conversations for each account.
- Emphasize remote‑first collaboration skills: share examples of using tools like Zoom, Miro, and asynchronous Slack/Hubs‑based communication to run quarterly business reviews, cross‑functional workshops, and impact‑reporting sessions with distributed teams and waste‑worker partners. Mention your preferred time‑zone coordination tactics for U.S. clients.
- Prepare a data‑driven negotiation narrative: research market CS salaries for remote roles at sustainability SaaS firms (average $95k‑$120k base + 10‑15% bonus). In the offer stage, present a brief ROI argument—e.g., “my proven ability to lift ARR by 12% per account will offset the proposed compensation within 9 months”—to negotiate a package aligned with your impact potential.
