About the Role
Hex Technologies is seeking a Design Engineer to evolve our product design system, known as Spellbook. This role will significantly impact our user interface and experience across products.Responsibilities
- Lead and own the design system, defining the roadmap and component standards.
- Build scalable, accessible UI components in collaboration with designers and engineers.
- Develop documentation and tooling for the design system to promote ease of use.
- Create prototypes to validate UX patterns and influence product direction.
Requirements
- Over 7 years of experience in front-end or design engineering, especially with design systems.
- Expertise in translating design patterns into code.
- Strong collaborative skills with a focus on UX quality and consistency.
