Recruitment Marketing Lead
Job Description
ABOUT OPENLOOP OpenLoop was co-founded by CEO, Dr. Jon Lensing, and COO, Christian Williams, with the vision to bring care anywhere. Our telehealth support solutions are thoughtfully designed to streamline and simplify go-to-market care delivery for companies offering meaningful virtual support to patients across an expansive array of specialties, in all 50 states. About the Role OpenLoop's mission is to bring care anywhere by powering telehealth solutions at scale. As Employer Brand Manager, you will build OpenLoop's first employer brand and recruitment marketing function from the ground up — starting with hands-on campaigns and candidate-facing content, and growing into ownership of how OpenLoop's story reaches talent everywhere we compete for it. OpenLoop's mission is to bring care anywhere by powering telehealth solutions at scale, and this role sits at the front line of finding the people who help deliver it. What You'll Do - Plan, launch, and track candidate-facing recruiting campaigns against pipeline and conversion goals.
- Create candidate-facing content — blogs, outreach assets, and pitch materials — that reflects OpenLoop's voice.
- Own funnel and conversion reporting, and use it to improve where candidates drop off.
- Support recruiting events, from planning through post-event follow-up.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers on candidate messaging at the pitch and close stages.
- Begin scoping OpenLoop's employee value proposition (EVP) as the foundational work stabilizes.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Comfortable building programs and processes where none existed before.
- A strong writer who can create — not just brief — candidate-facing content.
- Fluent in funnel and conversion data, and comfortable using it to make decisions.
- Able to work directly with recruiters, hiring managers, and executives without a lot of hand-holding.
- Genuinely curious about what makes a company a good place to work — and how to prove it to candidates.
- Experience developing and executing candidate-facing campaigns.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Comfort analyzing campaign and candidate-funnel data.
- Demonstrated ability to build programs or processes in an ambiguous, resource-light environment.
- Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth organization.
- Healthcare or healthtech recruiting experience.
- Experience with external vendors and event partners - Experience managing paid recruitment media or careers-site optimization.
- Experience building an employer-brand or recruitment-marketing function from scratch.
