- Highlight any experience you have with transaction‑management platforms or real‑estate SaaS tools (e.g., dotLoop, Skyslope, or custom APIs). In your resume and cover letter, quantify improvements you drove (e.g., “Reduced form‑submission errors by 32% through automated validation rules”). Bring a short demo or screenshots of a form workflow you designed or optimized, even if it’s from a personal project, and be ready to walk the interviewers through the tech stack, data flow, and user impact.
- Master the core tech stack mentioned in the posting (likely JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL). Build a mini “forms‑builder” prototype on GitHub that showcases dynamic schema generation, version control, and role‑based access—then include the repo link in your application and reference specific code sections (e.g., custom validation middleware) during the interview.
- Prepare a “process‑revamp” case study: pick a real‑world form‑handling bottleneck (e.g., manual data entry for closing documents), outline the current state, propose a step‑by‑step redesign with metrics (time saved, error reduction), and explain how you’d lead a cross‑functional team to implement it. Interviewers will look for your ability to translate leadership into concrete process improvements.
- Demonstrate remote‑team leadership by sharing concrete examples of how you’ve run asynchronous stand‑ups, managed Jira/ClickUp boards, and kept documentation up‑to‑date in Confluence or Notion. Bring a snapshot of a sprint board you owned, highlighting how you prioritized feature rollout versus bug‑fixes for a high‑visibility product line.
- Research Lone Wolf’s recent funding round and growth targets; use that data to tailor your salary expectations. Cite market benchmarks for senior product/engineering managers in Toronto’s tech sector (e.g., $130‑$160 k base + 10‑15 % target bonus) and be prepared to negotiate a remote‑work stipend for home‑office equipment, tying it back to the productivity gains you’ll deliver.
