And beyond. 🎯 THE MISSION & IMPACT Our system defines what Insurance coverage (health or life & disability) our members get, with a high level of customization: - We equip our Sales team with tools to craft these offers, price them, and contractualize them in one go. We also power our self-serve subscription flow.
- Over time, we manage our contract lifecycles, making sure they are always up-to-date in terms of legal requirements and responsible consumption best practices, and at equilibrium in terms of loss ratio.
- Alan's claim engine, billing system and many other part of our stack relies on the offers we build to deliver a pristine experience to our members. 🚀 WHAT YOU'LL BUILD AND WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH - Next-Gen Healthcare Framework: 4 countries (and more to come), multiple products (Insurance but also several other healthcare products) but one system.
- AI-powered Acquisition Engine: Sales teams are autonomous & assisted by AI to customize coverage, compute pricing, and generate contracts in real-time. No need for actuaries, no more waiting days for quotes.
- Automated Renewal System: Automatically reviews and adjusts coverage for our entire portfolio annually, accounting for legal changes, consumption trends, and economic shifts.
- Complex Problems: Modelling a complex world in a simple stack, real-time pricing, scale challenges - Ownership & Growth: Influence product direction, mentor other engineers, and lead technical initiatives that shape the future of healthcare access 🛠️ THE STACK Python/Flask, React, PostgreSQL in a monorepo.
Requirements

Location
