How to Stand Out
- Highlight advanced Excel expertise by sharing a one‑page “Payor Portfolio Dashboard” you built (pivot tables, Power Query, slicers, and KPI visualizations) that tracks network enrollment rates, reimbursement lag, and Medicaid vs. commercial mix—attach it as a PDF or include a clickable link in your resume.
- In your cover letter and interview, reference Finni Health’s focus on autism‑specific care; prepare a short case study showing how you negotiated a new Medicaid contract for a behavioral health network, quantifying the impact (e.g., +18% provider enrollment, +12% net‑reimbursement per visit).
- Demonstrate familiarity with payer credentialing workflows by describing the end‑to‑end process you’ve automated (e.g., using Excel‑driven checklists and API data pulls) and be ready to walk interviewers through a live “walk‑through” of a sample credentialing spreadsheet you created.
- Show you can thrive in a fast‑moving, remote startup by outlining your remote collaboration stack (Slack, Zoom, Asana/Trello) and sharing a screenshot or brief video of a real‑time payor‑performance reporting board you co‑managed with cross‑functional teams (clinical ops, finance, product).
- When negotiating salary, research Finni’s Series B funding round and typical head‑level compensation for remote health‑tech roles (base $180‑220k + equity). Prepare a concise “value proposition” slide that maps your past payer‑network growth (e.g., $15M incremental revenue) to the equity upside you’d unlock for Finni Health.
