Implementation Manager
WFA Digital Insight
WellTheory’s Implementation Manager sits at the heart of its digital‑health platform, translating contractual promises into real‑world member experiences. The role isn’t a generic onboarding gig; it demands ownership of the entire launch lifecycle, from kickoff meetings to the final handoff for client success. What sets this position apart is its cross‑functional reach—working daily with HR, benefits, engineering, and care teams while reporting directly to a co‑founder. Candidates who thrive here combine disciplined project management with genuine empathy for autoimmune patients, turning complex requirements into smooth go‑lives. If you enjoy orchestrating multi‑team efforts in a fully remote, purpose‑driven environment, the job offers both strategic impact and the chance to shape scalable processes from day one.

We're a team of 60+ passionate people who care deeply about helping our members reduce symptoms, feel better, and live fuller lives — while helping employers and payors reduce their spend. ABOUT THE ROLE WellTheory is looking for a passionate, results-driven Implementation Manager to launch our enterprise clients and set them up for long-term success as we scale. - Have 5+ years of implementation, client onboarding, or program management experience, ideally in digital health, benefits, or adjacent B2B2C environments, with a track record of delivering complex launches on time and within scope - Are a relationship-driven communicator — you build trust with clients at every level, from day-to-day project leads to executive sponsors, and know how to read the room, adapt your style, and navigate sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy - Are a structured project manager — you bring order to ambiguity, drive accountability across teams that don't report to you, and keep every workstream on track without losing sight of the details - Are analytical and detail-oriented — you have strong business judgment and are comfortable working with data and analytics tools to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and validate launch readiness - Bring a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset — you're comfortable starting as a team of one, rolling up your sleeves to execute while helping define the playbook for scale - Are adaptable and resourceful — you bring creativity to problem-solving, stay calm under pressure, and thrive in a dynamic, fully remote environment - Have deep empathy for the autoimmune experience — you don't need to have an autoimmune condition yourself, but you can genuinely connect with and convey the lived experience of autoimmune patients to potential customers - Approach work with a beginner's mindset — you love learning, solve problems from the ground up, ask questions freely, and stay open-minded about new approaches This position requires current work authorization in the United States.
