Installation Technician
WFA Digital Insight
Tenna’s Installation Technician role sits at the intersection of field service and tech support, making it a hands‑on position that directly influences the performance of the company’s asset‑tracking platform. The job is unique because it blends traditional mechanical expertise—installing trackers on heavy‑duty vehicles and equipment—with modern digital training, as technicians must also coach customers on using Tenna’s software suite. Candidates will be the on‑the‑ground eyes for product reliability, responsible for testing hardware, diagnosing faults, and documenting work in real time. The role’s remote nature does not eliminate the need for field presence; travel is a core expectation, so self‑discipline and safety awareness are vital. Those who thrive in a gritty, quality‑obsessed culture and enjoy teaching users will find the daily mix of installation, troubleshooting, and collaboration with the Customer Success team especially rewarding.
