International HR Business Consultant
WFA Digital Insight
Parakar’s International HR Business Consultant sits at the intersection of consultancy and hands‑on HR, making it a rare hybrid role on a fully remote platform. Unlike generic HR coordinator jobs, this position requires you to own a portfolio of European clients, translate complex cross‑border employment issues into clear action plans, and act as the primary strategic partner for each organization. The mix of project management, stakeholder alignment, and data‑driven people advice means you’ll spend time both in deep‑dive analysis and quick‑turn advisory calls. Parakar backs you with a network of country specialists, so you won’t need to memorise every nation’s legislation, but you must be comfortable orchestrating those experts into seamless solutions. Expect a fast‑paced environment where no two client engagements look the same.
