IT Intern (Remote MEX)
WFA Digital Insight
Directive’s IT Intern role sits at the intersection of everyday tech support and the agency’s broader digital‑marketing engine. While the position is part‑time, the intern gets hands‑on exposure to the tools that keep a performance‑marketing shop running—Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and Notion. The day‑to‑day mix of onboarding new users, maintaining hardware inventories, and triaging tickets means you’ll see the full lifecycle of internal tech operations, not just isolated tasks. Reporting to the IT Manager adds a mentorship layer, giving you a clear line of guidance as you navigate security and asset‑management processes. If you’re studying IT or computer science and crave a remote‑first environment that values documentation and process clarity, this posting stands out for its blend of operational responsibility and learning potential.
