Manager, Investor Services
WFA Digital Insight
Upstart’s Investor Services team sits at the intersection of capital markets and technology, making this managerial role uniquely hands‑on with both finance and product pipelines. The position isn’t just a coordination job; it demands a systems‑thinking operator who can translate ambiguous investor requirements into clear, repeatable processes while keeping engineering, legal and compliance teams aligned. Candidates will own the end‑to‑end investor lifecycle—from diligence and onboarding to loan sales and new‑product readiness—so the ability to anticipate risk and embed governance is critical. Because Upstart emphasizes AI‑driven lending, the role also calls for a mindset geared toward automation and data‑driven improvement, not just spreadsheet upkeep.

- Experience driving operational execution, managing escalations, and improving business processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive outcomes.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build alignment without direct authority.
