Mental Health Therapist (Part-Time, W-2)
WFA Digital Insight
Twochairs is re‑imagining mental‑health care with a clinician‑first model, and this part‑time therapist role sits at the core of that vision. You’ll be joining a company that has already been recognized for its culture, meaning you’ll work in an environment that values diversity, inclusion, and professional growth. The day‑to‑day involves delivering evidence‑based therapy—CBT, DBT, ACT, and related modalities—through a fully remote platform, while maintaining a flexible caseload of seven to twenty sessions per week. What separates this opening is the blend of strong clinical support (paid CE, case consultation) and solid employment benefits that you typically only see in W‑2 positions, not contract gigs. Candidates should be comfortable with teletherapy technology, data‑driven treatment adjustments, and collaborating across a network of mental‑health providers.
