Motion & Graphic Designer (Remote US)
WFA Digital Insight
Directive’s motion and graphic designer slot sits at the intersection of creative storytelling and performance‑focused advertising. Unlike a typical agency design role, the work here is tied directly to A/B testing, CRO tools and real‑time data, meaning every visual you produce is measured against concrete business outcomes. The company’s three‑pronged structure—Performance, Communications, Commerce—means you’ll collaborate with media planners, copywriters and analytics teams, translating audience insights into scroll‑stopping assets for platforms such as LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube. Expect to juggle static ads, landing‑page layouts and short‑form video cuts, all while maintaining brand consistency across varied client ecosystems. Candidates who thrive on rapid iteration and can speak the language of both design and data will feel most at home.
