Product Counsel, Data Products
WFA Digital Insight
Stripe’s Product Legal team is looking for a senior lawyer who can bridge the gap between cutting‑edge AI product work and the intricate world of data‑privacy regulation. Unlike many in‑house counsel roles that sit behind a wall of policy documents, this position sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and partnership teams, giving legal advice that directly shapes product launches. The focus on AI‑driven data products means the counsel will need to understand both the technical underpinnings and the evolving regulatory landscape. Candidates should be comfortable drafting foundational terms, interpreting cross‑border privacy rules, and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the product lifecycle. It’s a rare chance to influence a global payments platform from within its core product engine.
